On my way back to France, I stopped by the Gaasperplas park, near Amsterdam. I love the lake at this park and it is very close to my office, so a great place for running in the early morning.
Because I landed late in PA/ I went directly to my hotel for checking in. Beginning September, we still have some long evenings so I took my Elecraft KX1, dropped a wire in the tree and made some QSO with European ham stations before the night came.
Despite the typical Dutch weather (chilly and wet) it was again a nice time.
